Counselling Sessions.

Counselling sessions are arranged at a mutually agreed time. At the first meeting we will discuss your concerns and any areas of your life you want to focus on and I will be assessing your particular needs.


Individuals.

I will then discuss how we are going to approach the therapy together.If you are happy with the first consultation and wish to continue counselling then I will probably suggest a series of 6 further weekly sessions the last of which we shall review the progress made.

If you are not in crises, or have a short term problem these may be the only sessions you need.

If however you want or need to continue therapy different options are available for one to one work as necessary.


Small Business and Corporate.

I provide a corporate in house service of confidential counselling for your management and/or employees please contact me for futher details. I also provide counselling for your employees in my own private professional practice. I provide both counselling and debriefing for traumatic incidents in the workplace. I work with unions , employees, and management in stressful situations like redundancy.


Couples.

At the initial session we look at both the strengths and weaknesses of your relationship, and focus on th problems you are experiencing. We will then discuss how we are going to work together. During the course of counselling we will aim to clarify difficulties, improve communication and work towards resolving difficulties and improving your relationship.

Counselling can provide a safe space for communication and decision making during a marriage breakdown.

Fees

For individuals:

Adults:

The first session lasts for one and a half hours, ( the first 30 minutes is free), thereafter sessions are one hour.

Cost: £40-45 per hour, some concessions available.

Adolescents:

The first session lasts one hour, thereafter sessions are 50 minutes.

Cost £35, some concessions available.

For couples:

Cost: £40 per hour daytime.

£50 per hour after 5 pm.

Supervision sessions:

Cost: Individuals £40-£45 per hour, special rates for student counsellors,
group supervision (group 3-4) per two hours £20 each.
